Orders received by Safety and Security Management Ltd prior to noon of a given business day, will be ready for dispatch the same day, assuming all stock ordered is available in our distribution centre. Normally, such orders will be delivered the following business day, although SSML cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the delivery agent. Orders received after noon of a given business day will be ready for dispatch on the following business day, with delivery normally being effected the subsequent business day.
SSML strives to ensure goods reach our customers in perfect condition. Where goods are either delivered damaged, or in-complete, SSML will honour the exchange of goods (at our own cost) where the matter is raised in writing on our copy of the invoice/receipt, and handed to the delivery agent at time of receiving delivery of the goods. It is therefore strongly recommended that the customer checks the goods upon receipt in the presence of the delivery agent.
SSML will honour the return of the purchase of goods for up to two weeks from the date the order was submitted to SSML, so long as the stock on the order is returned to the SSML offices un-used, un-damaged and in its original packaging, with the original sales invoice/receipt. Where purchase returns meet these criteria, a credit note of the purchase value (excluding the delivery charges) will be issued to the customer, which can be used to offset the further purchase of products from SSML for up to three months from the date of issue.
